I started a personal blog a year or so ago, but found that it was all hard to find the time to keep it up to date. If only there were more hours in the day...
I really like the way Sutherland is using their blog as a news feed on their website. Putting it out there would mean that you are more likely to keep it updated as visitors to the website would be expecting current library news.
I'm looking forward to learning more about Flickr next week!

Learning 2.0
I am rather excited about this Learning 2.0 project. It will be fun to work through the different technologies every week... and it's good to have a legitimate excuse to play with them at work!
I have played with some of the technology before, but it will be good to look at them again.
One of the tools I use most often in Del.icio.us for bookmarking websites. I'd like to use this somehow in the library either for customers or staff.
We have tried using blogs at work before but they haven't really been used by the staff. Maybe the Learning 2.0 program will prompt people to use it more.
